Session Replay allows SiteSync engineers to review recordings of user interface interactions to diagnose application errors, investigate service disruptions, and improve reliability and performance. These recordings may capture user interaction data such as page navigation, clicks, scroll behavior, and interface rendering events. SiteSync configures Datadog to mask or exclude sensitive input fields and designated content areas, and recordings are used solely for debugging, operational monitoring, and security investigation purposes. Session Replay data is not used for advertising, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking. Functional Preference Cookies. SiteSync uses a language-preference cookie through the Next-Intl library when a user selects a locale other than the default English language setting.
