• SiteSync.ai offers both free and paid subscription plans.
• By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as specified at the time of purchase.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing cycle.
• You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. No refunds are provided for unused time unless required by law.

We may offer trial periods at our discretion. After the trial ends, you will be charged unless you cancel beforehand. Only one trial may be granted per customer unless otherwise specified.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape, copy, or mirror content for commercial use without permission
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access or use the Service in a way that degrades performance

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, design, content, trademarks, and intellectual property, are owned by Freedomseeker OÜ or its licensors. Users retain ownership of any data or content they submit to the platform, but grant us a license to host and use that content solely to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which outline how we collect, store, and use personal data in accordance with GDPR and Estonian laws.

We may integrate or link to third‑party services. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates may be performed with or without prior notice.

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the Service will be error‑free or that results will be accurate or reliable.
• You use the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freedomseeker OÜ, its directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, damages, obligations, or losses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify users via email or the website. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

If you are an EU consumer, nothing in these Terms overrides your mandatory legal rights under EU or Estonian consumer protection law.
